APM Overview
Academic Peer Mentors (APMs) are fellow ±«Óãtv students who are enthusiastic about helping all ±«Óãtv students succeed by offering individualized guidance to develop study strategies, explore major and career options, and seek resources to overcome barriers and enhance their journey at ±«Óãtv.
Individual sessions are centered on students' needs and may focus on topics such as:
- Time Management
- Organization
- Test/Exam Preparation
- Learning Strategies
- Textbook & Scholarly Reading
- Motivation & Procrastination
- Campus Involvement
- Academic & Career Exploration
- Campus Resources
