Student Referrals

Faculty/Instructors:  If you are concerned about a student’s academics, please submit an ‘Academic Progress’ referral via the . The assigned Academic Advocate will receive the referral and connect with them. Please note that the system unfortunately does not notify the instructor on the referral outcome.

Designated Campus Partners:  If you wish to refer a student who has academic concerns impacting his or her persistence, please submit referrals via the Archivum Insights platform.

Other ±«Óãtv personnel and friends/family of a student with academic concerns:  Please send an email to academicadvocacy@usf.edu and one of our Academic Advocates will reach out to you to discuss your concern.
