How to Access Responsible Employee Training
1. Go to .
2. Click on "Oracle HR" under Quick Links.
3. Login using two-factor authentication.
4. Click the "Learning" tile.
5. Click "Search the Catalog."
6. In the search bar, type "Oracle HR Responsible Employee Training."
7. Click on the "Responsible Employee Training" tile.
8. Click to enroll and complete the course.
WHAT:
Responsible Employee training covers sex discrimination and sexual harassment as it
pertains to Title VII, Title IX, VAWA, and the Clery Act. This training instructs
±«Óãtv employees on relevant laws, policies, their obligations, proper response to disclosures,
resources, reporting, resolution processes, and rights of the parties.
WHEN:
This training is required within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
WHERE:
There are two ways to complete this training: attend a live training or complete the
online module.
• Live Training - Learners may receive this training live at orientation events or individual departments may request a live training for their employees by contacting the Title IX Coordinator.
• Online Training – An asynchronous module hosted on Oracle HR, the employee learning platform. See steps to enroll above.
