Thank you for your interest in the ±«Óãtv Your Group X Fitness Private Group Fitness program. Please review the following FAQ's that will help guide you through the process of requesting a class for your group/organization. We look forward to working with you!

What is Your Group x Fitness?

The Your Group X Fitness program provides private group fitness classes to any interested on-campus group led by one of our ecstatic certified group fitness instructors or personal trainers. These private group fitness classes can be held at many of our locations, such as, the Rec, the WELL & the Riverfront Park! All equipment and music (sound system) are provided by reservation.

Why should your group request Your Group x Fitness?

The Your Group X Fitness program is a great way for your team to bond. Many of our group reservations use the Your Group X Fitness program as a replacement for one of their meetings to help create synergy. With all the group fitness and personal training styles we offer at ±«Óãtv, there is a format that will be perfect for your group. Whether it’s a morning yoga out at Riverfront Park or a lifting session with your group at the Rec, your group is sure to have a great time!

What is available through Your Group x Fitness?

Group Fitness

All classes available on our group fitness schedule are available through the Your Group X Fitness program (except for any Les Mills formats).

Personal Training

We also offer group personal training for those who want more specific training programs or who have more specific training goals for their groups (for example, strength & conditioning, powerlifting, functional training, mobility & stretch, general strength training, barbell or kettlebell workshops, etc).

How can my group request a session?

If you would like to make a request for a private class, please fill out the request form below. We cannot guarantee that every request received will be able to be filled; however, we will make our best effort to secure an instructor/space to accommodate your request.
 

Once your class is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with details on paying. We accept credit/debit payments, Interdepartmental Transfer and/or we can invoice your group/organization. Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours (about 2 days) prior to your event.

*For any groups wishing to request a Fit to U class above 50 participants, please email the Group Fitness Coordinator,Annika Larson, at annikalarson@usf.edu for reasonable accommodations.

**Recurring classes must have a minimum of 4 sessions scheduled

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted up until 24 hours prior to your event
