About Intern Housing
Our intern lodging features four bedroom apartments with a shared kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. Each intern will reside in their own private room with a twin xl size bed, desk with a chair, dresser & closet space. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mail services and utilities are provided at no additional fee.
To be eligible for Intern Housing, Interns must be 18 years of age or older upon signing the agreement. Proof of date of birth is required (valid driver’s license, state issued ID, or passport). Interns must be a college student and able to provide a proof of enrollment (unofficial transcript). ±«Óãtv students receiving credit for an Internship will need to apply for summer housing. Validation of internship is also required. An offer letter must be submitted on letterhead, signed by the guest’s internship coordinator, which clearly states the internship program start date, end date and location. It is not required that a guest be receiving credit for the internship.

Minimum Stay:
±«Óãtv Housing requires a 30 day-minimum stay for summer internship housing. -
Linen Packages:
Include 1 blanket, 1 fitted xl sheet, 1 flat xl sheet, 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 2 bath towels & 2 washcloths -
Invoices:
Must paid in full prior to move-in, unless a payment arrangement has been approved

Parking Permits
- $113.00 plus applicable taxes
- If bringing a car to campus, you will be required to purchase a parking permit from ±«Óãtv Parking and Transportation office.
Please note that Interns will not be able to apply for a parking permit on-line until they are assigned an ±«Óãtv netid.
Campus Recreation & Wellness
- Full Access Membership: $39.93 monthly
- Access to all three (3) recreational facilities (Campus Recreation Center, The WELL and The FIT)
- Basketball Courts
- Group Fitness Classes
- Racquetball & Squash Courts
- Indoor Running Track
- Fitness Orientations
- Eligible to participate in Intramural Sports
- With a valid membership & ±«Óãtv ID Card only
- ±«Óãtv RecWell Community Memberships are not eligible to participate in IM leagues

- WELL & FIT - $22.50 monthly
- Access to two (2) recreational satellite facilities (The WELL and The FIT)
- Group Fitness Classes at The WELL (only)

All summer interns live in Magnolia Apartments, conveniently located near the College of Engineering and Beard Parking Garage on
campus. and Channelside are a short drive and is an easy day trip. Public Transportation is easy and inexpensive through off campus and for on campus through the Bull Runner.
