Students may schedule an appointment with an academic advisor by clicking on the appropriate link. 

If you have an immediate concern, please use same day advising.  Students may also email an advisor directly.

Please note:  These unscheduled visits are meant to last about 15 minutes and are not a replacement for traditional advising appointments.

Peak Advising Periods

During peak advising periods students walking in to speak with an advisor may experience extra long wait times.  We recommend students make an appointment to shorten wait times. 

Fall Term:  Mid-August through first week in September and mid-October through November 20

Spring Term: The first three weeks in January and mid-March through April 20

During the summer term, the academic advisors participate in orientation so please schedule an appointment. 

Important Semester Dates

  • Spring 2025 grades visible on OASIS, May 16
  • Last day to register for summer A and/or C without a late fee, May 16
  • Summer 2025 sessions A & C begin, May 19
  • Summer Sessions A & C drop/add ends; May 23
  • Last day to submit Summer RESIDENCY reclassification applications, May 23
  • Summer A mid-term grades post, June 11
  • Summer A last day to withdraw; no academic penalty; June 14
  • Summer A classes end; June 27
  • Last day to register for summer session B without a late fee, June 27
  • Summer GRADUATION application deadline, June 27
  • Summer B classes begin, June 30
  • Summer C mid-term grades post, July 2
  • Summer Session B end of drop/add; last day to drop without fee liability, July 4
  • Summer C last day to withdraw; no academic penalty, July 5
  • Summer Session B mid-term grades post, July 23
  • Summer C classes end, July 25
  • Summer B classes end, August 8
  • Last day to apply to graduate summer, August 8
  • Summer Grades post in OASIS, August 15
