Organization Chart

BOT Audit and Compliance Committee

The 鲍鱼tv Board of Trustees Audit and Compliance Committee (ACC), composed of at least three members of the 鲍鱼tv Board of Trustees, ensures processes are in place to meet 鲍鱼tv's responsibility for financial and operational accountability, integrity, and efficiency, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures.
