ONLINE DROP-IN ADVISING
CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY
Criminology Tampa advisors will be doing online drop-in advising from 01/10/25 to 01/17/25. We invite you to speak to an advisor during one of our online drop-in times if you have questions about your current courses or if you would like to plan out more courses.
Please be advised that drop-in advising will be completely virtual (Microsoft Teams or Phone).
Online Drop-in advising will only be done during these planned times. If you still need advising after these times have concluded, you will need to schedule an appointment.
To take advantage of one of our online drop-in times, please view the instructions and schedule below:
Online Drop-Ins in Archivum -
- Select Get in Line (this is not scheduling an appointment)
- Select Phone or Microsoft Teams ()
- Select Tampa Campus
- Select College of Behavioral and Community Sciences
- Select Criminology
- Select Appointment Reason and provide explanation as to what kind of service you are seeking
- Click Get in line
- Click Yes
Criminology Advisors will be available on a drop-in basis during the following times:
Friday 1/10/25: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-4:00 PM
Monday 1/13/25: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-4:00 PM
Tuesday 1/14/25: 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
Wednesday 1/15/25: 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
Thursday 1/16/25: 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
Friday 1/17/25: 12:00 PM-4:00 PM

CURRENT STUDENTS
For current students, the best way to meet with an academic advisor on the Tampa campus is by appointment. Tampa advisors are only available for online drop-in advising during very limited times, usually during add/drop week. If there is online drop-in availability, the times will be displayed in the same location that you use to schedule an advising appointment.
Instructions on how to schedule an advising appointment:
- Use the link above or login to My±«Óătv with your NetID and select Archivum from the Business systems drop down menu
- Select Appointments
- Select an Advisor either by advisor name or by College and Major (Criminology is part of the College of Behavioral and Community Sciences)
- Click an advisor’s name to view available times
- Select an available appointment time
- Select the type of appointment/how you would like to meet your advisor (Office or Phone)
- Choose an appointment reason
- Provide contact information and choose whether you would like to receive text notifications to remind you of your appointment
- Include a short message about the reason for your appointment
- Select Book Appointment to schedule your appointment
- Once your appointment has been scheduled, click “Done” and you will be returned to the appointment home page.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your ±«Óătv email. Please be sure to review it prior to your appointment for office locations and other important information.
TAMPA CAMPUS ACADEMIC ADVISORS
There are three criminology advisors on the Tampa campus. Students are free to meet with any of the three advisors. Advisors aid students in academic planning, course selection, criminology career guidance, referrals and tips for a smooth college transition, and more.
