Freeman Gerhardt, PhD, a visiting research scholar in the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy (MHLP), prepared a report on the , which analyzes the number of unsheltered and sheltered people experiencing homelessness on a single night. His report provides key insights into the scope of homelessness to help reduce homelessness and give a voice to those who are underrepresented.
